OK here it goes …. my first day in the post-pregnancy diet plan. I did try this diet before when I first gave birth five months ago and I lost 20 pounds …. I need to lose 20 more to get back to my pre-pregnancy shape. Below is my food diary I will post everything I eat on daily basis plus the workout I’m following from Mama Moderne. Wish me luck!

12/07/2011 – 12/13/2011 obviously I ate much much more but I remember about the pictures right after I¬†hungrily¬†swallow food in seconds (it’s ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† what¬†busy¬†mommies do) I’ll try to keep better track but generally I’ve been good

present : still working on it, using a different approach the I hope works … got tired of eating the same food everyday ūüė¶
